Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. JASAH Muse LLC does not offer refunds or accept returns on any hair extensions, wigs, or related products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Because these items may be worn, handled, altered, or tampered with after delivery, they cannot be restocked or resold.

By placing an order with JASAH Muse LLC, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or returns will be accepted.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only permitted if JASAH Muse LLC ships the wrong item.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned and inspected before a replacement is approved. All returned items must be:

- Unaltered

- Unused

- In their original condition

- In the original packaging

For clarity:

Wigs must be unworn

- Bundles must be unwrapped

- Lace must be uncut

- Products must show no signs of use, styling, washing, coloring, or modification.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within 72 hours whether your exchange request has been approved or denied. If approved, the correct item will be shipped to you.

No add-ons, substitutions, or product changes will be accepted as part of an exchange.

Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, cancellation requests may not be honored, especially if processing has already begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before submitting your order. JASAH Muse LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Unsuccessful Delivery / Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

Once an order has been shipped, JASAH Muse LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We strongly encourage all customers to:

- Double-check their shipping address before completing checkout

- Track their package once it has shipped

- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery

Claims for shipping issues must be handled through the applicable carrier, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
